RETURNS: We do take returns within 30 days of the date order was placed. We can arrange for refund or exchange for you according to your convenience. Please call us or email at Contact Us for a return authorization.
REFUND AND RETURN POLICY: We have a complete refund policy if our customer is not satisfied with the quality of the product. Item has to be returned within 30 days of purchase for full refund. The item should be in unused and undamaged condition. Product in damaged, used or scratched condition will not be applicable for refund.
SHIPPING INFORMATION: We ship by UPS Ground, Blue (two days), or Red (next day) or FEDX overnight. Orders are usually handled on the same day if before 2pm or on the next business day. If you wish other shipping options please call us directly, we can also use your UPS or FEDX account for your shipment. In general shipping charges are based on weight and number of units being shipped. Same day Shipping is defined as orders received that are complete and credit is approved by 2pm are shipped the same day.
INVENTORY: Most of the items are always in stock and are shipped within the next business day. If an item is out of stock, we will contact you as soon as possible. You have the right to choose to wait for 12-14 days or to cancel/change your order. We are not responsible for the delay of shipping due to weather, accidents, or mistakes done by any postal service (including damages, scratches, and undeliverable address, stolen, or lost packages.)
